A Quick Word about Scheduled Services
As a valued customer of Vanderwist of Cincinnati, Inc. this is just a reminder and/or review of our terms and conditions with regards to servicing your irrigation and/or outdoor lighting system.
- You are required to have an authorized party present throughout the duration of service.
- A signature and payment must be collected upon completion of service.
- For your convenience, we will call ahead to ensure you are available and to let you know we are on are way. Please confirm with the office staff the best way to reach you. Our Service Technicians are able to wait up to 5 minutes for a return phone call. If you do not answer or return their calls, he is instructed to move to the next call. We cannot guarantee we will be able to return on the same day.
These procedures are in place to ensure your satisfaction, get feedback, and prove quality workmanship. Please contact our office by phone or email should you have any questions or concerns.
