WINTER DISCOUNT TERMS:
Contract amount must be equal to or exceed $2,000. A signed contract must be received by March 22nd, 2017 by mail at 7445 Industrial Row Drive, Mason, Ohio 45040 or by email to Erika@vanderwist.com. After receipt of signed contract, a 1/3 deposit of the proposed amount (less discount) will be requested.. Free Spring Activation only applies to those who have a newly installed irrigation system and do not include repairs/replacements to existing irrigation.. Estimate appointment is at no charge. Commerical projects do not apply for discount, residential work only.
